A recent Windows 10 update that was pushed as part of April 2020 Patch Tuesday, KB4549951, may be causing problems. Some users are reporting that the update fails to install after restarting and their computer just reverts back before the update. Other users are reporting that their computers are crashing and blue screening, with some not being able to boot back up, after installing this update. Other reported issues include WiFi connectivity problems, display problems, file deletion, freezing, and slowness. If you’re experiencing any of these issues and need to uninstall this update you can take these steps: open Control Panel > click on Programs > click on Programs and Features > click on View Installed Updates on the left > right click on Update KB459951 and uninstall > restart your computer.
